We require a credit card to hold all appointments. This card will be charged in the event of last-minute cancelations and no-show occurrences. 

 
 

NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

Please Read Before Setting an Appointment

We are a predominantly appointment-based salon that schedules our staff according to the quantity of appointments booked; late cancellations leave us with no opportunity to fill your opening. The following policies allow us to provide our team with a livable wage by ensuring they are compensated for their time:

  • A minimum of 18 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours or same day) will be charged for the full amount of services booked .

  • No-calls and no-shows will be charged for the full amount of services booked (plus 20% gratuity fees).

 
 
 
 
 

LAST-MINUTE CHANGES

18-hour Minimum Notice Required

If you decide to take away or not get a certain service done the day of, we will still need to charge what was booked. We have blocked out time to care for you, therefore have not taken other clients during your allotted time. On this tune, if you decide to reduce services the same day as your appointment, we will still need to charge what was booked. In other words, you will be charged for the originally booked service(s).

Add-on services may be granted if our schedule allows.

 
 
 

LATE ARRIVALS

“You May Delay, but Time Will Not.”

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running late, so please give us a call. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to either shorten or cancel your appointment. You will be charged for the originally booked services.

We do not want the next client’s appointment to be affected. We do our very best to stay on schedule and we know how important time is for everyone.

In order to create a relaxing experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phone on vibrate upon arrival. Please refrain from accepting phone calls while you enjoy your services to the fullest while also allowing others to do the same.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Parties of 4 (four) or More

For groups or parties of 4 or more, we ask that you please reschedule, change services, or cancel at least 3 days in advance for Friday - Sunday appointments and 2 days in advance for Monday - Thursday. If you cancel within the timeframe listed, your whole party will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your whole party will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Cancellations within 12 hours / no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee plus 20% gratuity.
