Lili and Cata is an appointment-based non-toxic nail salon. We schedule our nail artists around your booking — which means late cancellations and no-shows directly affect the income of the talented professionals caring for you. Our policies exist to protect their time, your experience, and the quality of every appointment we offer.

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, as outlined below.

Salon Policies

    Late Arrivals

    Please call us if you're running behind. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment, and you will be charged for the originally booked services. We do our best to stay on schedule out of respect for every client's time.

    Cancellations

    We require 36 hours' notice for Russian manicure services and Apres Gel-X, and 18 hours' notice for all other services. Cancellations made under 12 hours before your appointment — or same-day — will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee plus a 20% gratuity.

    Service Reductions

    If you choose to reduce or eliminate a booked service on the day of your appointment, you will still be charged for the originally scheduled services, as that time was reserved exclusively for you.

    To protect the relaxing environment our guests come for, we ask that all phones be silenced on arrival. Please step away from your technician if you need to take a call.

    Group Bookings (4+ Guests)

    For Friday–Sunday: 3 days' notice required. For Monday–Thursday: 2 days' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge for the full party. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% charge plus 20% gratuity per person.
