Kindly Read Prior to Setting an Appointment

First, please note that a credit card is required to secure all appointments. This card will only be charged in the event of a last-minute cancellation or a no-show.

For parties of 4 or more, we ask that you please reschedule, change services, or cancel at least 3 days in advance for Friday - Sunday appointments and 2 days in advance for Monday - Thursday. If you cancel within the timeframe listed, your whole party will be charged 50% of your service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your whole party will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Cancellations within 12 hours / no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee plus 20% gratuity.

We will always try our best to accommodate you if you are running late, so please give us a call. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to either shorten or cancel your appointment. You will be charged for the originally booked services.

We do not want the next client’s appointment to be affected. We do our very best to stay on schedule and we know how important time is for everyone.

If you decide to take away or not get a certain service done the day of, we will still need to charge what was booked. We have blocked out time to care for you, therefore have not taken other clients during your allotted time. On this tune, if you decide to reduce services the same day as your appointment, we will still need to charge what was booked. In other words, you will be charged for the originally booked service. (Add-on services may be granted if our schedule allows.)
